The True Pause That Refreshes

Here’s the first of my bi-weekly channeled musings from my guides that I offer to you. I sit at my keyboard with my eyes closed, get centered and invite them to come and speak with me. I’m always surprised by what flows out my fingertips. And I thought why not ask them to share a regular message with you, my beloved tribe?

Dearest Sweet One, (That’s what they call me 🙂

It is with such pleasure that we all greet you.

For today we would all like to remind you to be mindful of this sacred time of the year, even if you are not religious. The holidays as you call them, are just that, holy days.

Of course each day is indeed a holy day and a holiday, but for now, we would say to keep that in mind and in your heart as you move into these days of gathering with friends and family.

This is the opportunity to stay both grounded in your body physically as well as centered in your heart so you can be inside the moments of your days. It will help you to release any triggers that come up when you’re reminded of past stories, old stories that reflect your wounded self.

You can easily – much more easily than you imagine – stay inside your still point at the center by dropping into your heart throughout the day.

Just pause a moment and touch your heart in the center of your chest. Then feel yourself slip down out of your mind and into your body. Take a few breaths, close your eyes, be present to your feelings in that moment, thank them for showing up and release them.

In this, you’ll find the true pause that refreshes.

Love this, Linda! I’d never heard your channeled messages before, and this is great.

Thanks for letting me know. I haven’t invited the guides in as messengers for awhile and was inspired recently. Making a commitment to share them will keep me doing them on a regular basis. I’d like to add an audio of the message for the next one.

Linda- wishing you and those you love a blessed new year- emotionally, creatively, spiritually, physically. The trip to Antarctica was for me about pushing my boundaries- physically and mentally. To connect fully and to expand awareness without limits. It was physically demanding- trekking on narrow slippery, icy trails. I willed myself to move into fearless. Unexpected gifts appeared everywhere including penguins coming right up to me. It was life changing. Even the air was different. I feel much more alive
