My Story
For over five decades, I’ve spoken out not only for women’s rights, but for a deeper spiritual understanding that we’re standing on the edge of a new age for all humanity.
A key piece of this new age is harmonizing our inner masculine and feminine energies.
Until we do this work, we will continue projecting that conflict onto each other and out into the world.
There is great healing to be done here. I invite you to join a vibrant community of women* who support one another as we explore our masculine and feminine energies in new ways.

Where I Am, & Where I’d Like to Meet You
The exploration into our deepest Self is the journey. This is the journey I want to shepherd. This is the truth I want to serve.
There is no “there” where everything is perfect.
Life is a continuous, creative act, moment by moment.
At this stage of life, I long to gather in circles, sharing our journeys — like my early days in the 1970s women’s movement.
I still chase perfection sometimes. But I also welcome depth, truth, and self-compassion.
Over and over, I’ve chosen integrity over convention, reaching for truth like the sycamore on my Kentucky farm reached for the sky.
And like that tree, I reach high and go deep. Come meet me there.
The Map of My Own Journey
My life has followed a map made of heart, intuition, and wonder — with many stops in doubt, fear, and comparison.
From a Catholic good-girl upbringing in Los Angeles to decades in a women’s spirituality circle, I’ve created life on my own terms.
But the passions I developed along the way have been just as important as the many roles I’ve played.
A few examples:
* I fell in love with the natural world living through the four seasons on a Kentucky farm while earning my Master’s in Social Work.
* I awakened compassion and empathy when I worked in residential treatment centers with children and recovering addicts and saw first-hand the pain that others carry.
* I met my inner courage when I left social work to become a batik textile artist, which I did for 30 years. The artist’s life took me from craft fairs to solo exhibitions and international awards.
* Over and over, I chose freedom over a big paycheck,. To make ends meet, I worked as an artist’s model, seamstress, college lecturer, and workshop leader.
* I tapped new depths of strength when a fall injured my neck, ending my ability to work in batik.
* I built inner resilience and started over at 55, with a fledgling business as a copywriter, certain that the ever-touted “six figure income” was just around the corner.
These passions and values were hard-won and sharpened.
Yet there were still doubts: I’m not good enough. They’ll see I’m a fraud.
After following the good girl path all my life, I saw inside there was still a little girl striving for perfection, never believing she was enough.
I dove into self-help books, courses, coaches, and mentors. Some of it worked. Some of it didn’t. But along the way, I learned to recognize limiting beliefs, rewrite my stories, and reclaim my power.
I followed the breadcrumbs to discover how to blend my passions and experiences together, coming full circle to become an ARTbundance™ and Sacred Depths Coach guiding others to self-discovery through creativity and transformation.
I use these modalities, and the totality of my life experience, in my work to help you become aware and attuned to the sacred masculine and feminine energies in your life, becoming the hero in your own Whole Woman Adventure.
